Description

The University of Reading’s sports centre on the Whiteknights campus, open to the general public. It has four squash courts, two with glass backs, and is home to the Reading University Squash Club.

Non-members can book up to 3 days ahead and pay when booking

Knights Active pay-to-play squash on Sunday evenings, 17:00–19:40

Reading University Squash Club runs internal and Berkshire county league teams

Before you visit

Non-members book online through the SportsPark booking system up to three days ahead and pay at the time of booking. On Sunday evenings you can turn up for the pay-to-play session and play whoever is there.

Prices & membership

Squash or racketball court hire (40 minutes) for August 2026 to July 2027: £15.50 non-member, £11 community member, £9 concession member, £8 student or staff member. Member rates need a paid SportsPark membership. A member’s guest pays a £2 guest fee. The Sunday Knights Active pay-to-play session costs £4.
